How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?
We send all orders under £20 via Royal Mail First Class, orders over £25 are sent via a courier. We always ask you to be patient when ordering from overseas - we can only advise that some overseas destinations will take longer than a UK address. Some countries such as Israel can take up to and over twenty days for your package to arrive. We always suggest that you leave a reasonable amount of time when placing your order so that it arrives before your trip.
Do you provide a tracking number?
No - mail sent Royal Mail first class does not have a tracking number. Couriered items in the UK may have a tracking number, but outside the UK we are unable to track items.
Is Michelin Travel Partner part of Michelin Tyres?
Yes - The Michelin Guide, Green Guides Maps & Atlases and other publications are published by the French company Michelin and have been for more than a century.
Why is there a postal surcharge on Wall Maps to overseas destinations?
Due to the size and shape of Wall Maps the volumetric weight of these items is not covered under normal postage - unfortunately for orders from overseas there is a surcharge on these items.
Please note due to high delivery costs North American, EU, EASTERN EUROPE AND RUSSIA and Rest of the World customers are subjected to a £100 premium on delivery for items in the Wall Maps Category. Eire and Northern Island are subject to a £13.00 delivery premium.
We apologise that this is a high price but we have had many problems with failed and damaged deliveries to non UK addresses
How do I return an item?
We need to have notification in writing from you. This can be sent by email, if you send an email to us, you should always set your email program to request a read receipt as just like the post, proof of sending is not proof of receipt. In order to identify you, we need to know from the invoice that was sent with the goods:
- The customer code
- The invoice number
These can be found in the Reference info box at the top right of your invoice. We also need to know which item or items you wish to return to us. This is in the Title Description column of the invoice.
Finally, we will need to know why you are returning the goods to us.
